The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone or complete an online appointment request.

Preparing for your Appointment

Save time by filling out paperwork online. If you are experience any difficulties with the online forms, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork in the office.

New Patients can expect the initial appointment to last from 90 minutes to 2 hours for a complete full mouth exam, review of diagnostic x-rays, gum disease assessment, oral cancer screening, and time to answer any questions you may have for the doctor or hygienist. 

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

Dental Insurance

We accept most PPO insurance plans and are in-network with many major insurance providers. Medicare is also accepted. Please bring a copy of your insurance card and photo ID to your appointment. 
Please note: We do not accept SoonerCare at this time.

No Insurance- No Problem. We offer In Office Savings Plans that are available for patients without insurance.
